+Under the File -> Statistics section, you can view high-level information about your data.
+
+## Statistic data
+
+The data depends on what features you have enabled in your Bouquin. The available statistics data includes:
+
+### Pages
+
+ * How many pages have content
+ * The total number of revisions
+ * The page with the most revisions (and how many revisions there are on it)
+ * The total word count across current revisions of all pages
+
+### Tags
+
+ * Total number of unique tags
+ * Page with the most tags
+
+### Documents
+
+ * Total number of documents
+ * Page with the most documents uploaded on that date
+
+### Time Logging
+
+ * Total hours logged
+ * Day with the most hours logged
+ * Project with the most hours logged
+ * Activity with the most hours logged
+
+### Reminders
+
+ * Total number of reminders
+ * Day with the most reminders 
+
+
+## Activity Heatmap
+
+You can also view a Git-like histogram/heatmap of activity. You can choose to graph this heatmap by the total number of words, revisions, documents, hours, or reminders. 
+
+The squares (days) will be coloured darker for more intense activity on those days.
+
+Clicking on one of the squares will open that day in a tab.
